Often we ask ourselves what are the benefits of keeping fit. Scott finds out the reason today when he is interrupted in his morning fitness routine of push ups and sit ups by Eric, who has just come out of the shower. After a few compliments and a couple of extra sit ups, Scott finds a much better use for his energy that working out, and that is making out.
